This cashew cheese idea from a raw website I visited. There are many with variations. My one is....
a cup of cashews, juice of a medium lemon, clove of garlic, tablespoon of nutritional yeast, tablespoon of grape seed oil. Blend together until smooth. It starts of a bit runny but soon thickens in the fridge. Chop parsley and mix through to serve on top of salad.
